Request accessible content in Outlook
You may be aware of the many ways you can ensure that the emails you send are accessible, when you use Outlook. But you might not know you can actually notify people emailing you that you prefer accessible content emailed to you. This option can be found and activated under Settings > General > Accessibility which allows you to notify senders that you prefer emails to be accessible.
